 Bridges to STEM and STEAM  Career Opportunities

Program Goals:

  1. Our goal is to offer educational programs that empower students with the necessary foundational knowledge to thrive in their academic journey and excel in school.
  2. We are committed to assisting students in maximizing their opportunities by providing mentorship and outreach initiatives that enable them to discover, secure, and excel in various STEM-related endeavors.
  3. We will measure success by supporting students,  by helping them envision their future accomplishments, and nurturing the essential skills required for their ongoing success.

Our Program Offerings

Some of iSTREAM’s programs are listed below:

x-STREAM Family Science Nights, Science Fairs  and other Community Service Events

iSTREAM loves working with organizations to plan a science night for families to learn with their children. We have partnered with the Legacy House in Burlington, New Jersey. We will work with you to ensure that your families have a night of STEM and fun with their children.
iSTREAM will offer service projects which  have multiple benefits:
  1. Social Impact 
  2. Community Building and Beautification 
  3. Environmental Awareness 
  4. Teamwork and Leadership 
  5. Community Engagement and Collaboration 
By incorporating service projects into the iSTREAM program, students not only apply their knowledge and skills in a practical manner but also develop a sense of social responsibility, empathy, and leadership. These experiences broaden their perspectives and cultivate a lifelong commitment to making a positive difference in their communities.
Ages: 9 and up

Health, Wellness and Research:

Incorporating health and wellness into the iSTREAM program adds a valuable dimension to students’ learning experiences and equips them with essential knowledge and skills related to promoting well-being. Our health and wellness  program will help students gain a holistic understanding of the importance of physical and emotional well-being. They develop skills in preventative care, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and health advocacy, laying the foundation for a healthy lifestyle and potentially inspiring future careers in the health sciences or public health fields.
Ages: 9 and up
 

School Partnerships and Programs:

iSTREAM partners and collaborates with local schools and post secondary institutions to help bring STEM and STEAM to life. Ages: 10 and up

Drones and Aeronautics:

Students will engage in learning about drones, aviation and more.. Students will have an opportunity to engage in hands-on sessions. We use a hands-on, “exploration based” approach – resulting in maximum engagement and deep learning for all our program participants.
 

Saturday x-STREAM Events and Community Service

 iSTREAM offers Saturday x-STREAM sessions for students to explore all facets of STEM and STEAM. Our event gives students to meet others, explore learning and in unique ways. Each session will be different than before.
